Vincent Eze, MPA, Realtor®, Founder & Owner — A graduate and alumn of Fairfield University MBB Created elite basketball training specifically for the purpose of developing the young athlete in the community to become great athletes, earn scholarships, and degree, with no debt, but through competition in a game you love. This is my story as a former D1 student-athlete, it can be yours too! I teach the proven blueprint that has helped me and other elite basketball staff members. The journey to becoming a D1 Athlete requires you to immerse yourself with those who have earned their marks in the collegiate realms of competition. We provide the blueprint to becoming a Division 1 Student-Athlete; in order for you to excel in your respective sports, classroom, and life.

We prepare our athletes to compete at all levels – local, regional and national. we prepare them to be better student-athletes. All our athletes have earned these strong foundational benefits as a result of working with coaches who were top athletes during their personal careers and played in Certified NCAA Division 1 Institution. 

Our program is available to players of all ages throughout the state of Massachusetts and Connecticut. If you’re interested in registering your son(s) or daughter(s) for a skill development session in basketball training, soccer, conditioning.

Vincent Eze, MPA

A graduate of Fairfield University & Member of the MBB team. Eze, was recognized as Metro Athletic Atlantic Conference rebounder (MAAC) and leader in several other categories. He was also the team’s top offensive and defensive leader in rebound and field goal shooting percentage .50%, shot .60% or better from the floor. Led the stags to a dominant win over ranked Texas A&M in the ESPN Orlando Men’s Basketball Tournament. And registered many more double-doubles during the ‘19 -’20 season.


Nico Italiani, OTR/L

A graduate of Alvernia University & Member of North Hampton's Men's Basketball Team. Recognized for shooting capabilities and efficiency beyond the three point line. Nico's exceptional shooting abilities created issues for opponents on a nightly basis.


Paschal Chukwu, BA

A graduate of Syracuse University and starting center for the orange men. Paschal is a dominant force in the low post and an avid shot blocker. Led the team in blocks, and recognized second in the ACC, and 14th in the nation in blocks per game (2.7)
